Every path has a dedicated address on north49shrimp.ca. Until DNS routing splits per-path mailboxes (Phase-2 task), all six addresses alias to a single shared inbox; the form's "Path" field is what triages the message inside.

Footnote: all six aliases are reserved and will be DNS-configured the moment domain registration completes (gated on TODO-04 trademark clearance). In v1 they alias to a single inbox; the path-router inside the message body — set by this page's intake form — is what tells us which thread to route into.

Where we are

Langley, BC

Phase 1 site is in the Township of Langley, on the M-2 industrial corridor — eight kilometres from the Costco Langley distribution centre. Exact street address is pending lease selection (see /regulatory for the four-site shortlist + lease KILL gates).

Site visits are by appointment only, post-stocking. Pre-stock, the founder meets visitors at a neutral location in Vancouver or Langley.

Corporate

North 49 Shrimp Co. Ltd. — a British Columbia Canadian-Controlled Private Corporation. Registered office to be filed concurrent with the BC Hydro LGS classification and the M-2 lease execution.

Privacy and data handling

We handle every intake under — the federal Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act. Plain version of the rules we hold ourselves to:

  • We do not sell or share your information with third parties. The only people who read your intake are the founder and the named advisor for that path.
  • We retain intake data for 24 months from receipt. After 24 months it is deleted unless you have asked us in writing to keep it longer (e.g. an active investor conversation).
  • You can request deletion at any time by emailing hello@north49shrimp.ca. We will confirm deletion within five business days.
  • No tracking pixels, no third-party analytics on this page. The form opens your mail app — we never see the content unless you send it.

Investor data room access

Investor materials are provided under on request. The sequence:

  1. Submit the investor intake above with and band so we can triage for fit.
  2. We schedule a 30-minute founder call within 48 hours of receipt. The call is exploratory and bidirectional — questions either way.
  3. On mutual interest, we execute a mutual NDA drafted by BC corporate counsel (two-year term).
  4. access is granted per-named-individual and is logged. Materials include the Business Plan v1.0, the cross-module risk register, the CFO financial model, the cap table, and the eleven CXO-level reviews.
